Directors’ Remuneration – Announcement

The Government has published its draft rules on directors’ remuneration, which are scheduled to take effect from October 2013.



The new rules will apply to companies listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and on specified foreign stock exchanges. It will not apply to companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market.
