Jayne Kesbey,

I joined Whiskers LLP in March 2021 as a solicitor working in their Wills and Probate Department.

My role within the firm is very varied and includes Probate, assisting with administration of Estates and Trusts, providing inheritance tax advice, preparing Wills, Codicils, Deeds and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I also deal with the Cout of Protection making applications for Deputyship Orders.

I enjoy the challenges my role provides which often is at a difficult time in my client’s lives. I am a people person and believe that my understanding and sympathetic nature assists me to provide advice and support to my clients.

Over the years I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge but understand that you are always learning something new. This allows me to stay current and keeps my work interesting which in turn benefits my clients. I pride myself on providing a satisfactory outcome for my clients.
